Once our project managers have all the information needed the will train the call center managers that train the agents. All of this takes less than two weeks.
Q: What are hold-times like?
A: We try to maintain less than 30 second hold time for the Per-Minute plan. For dedicated agent campaigns – you control the hold time. The more agents you have the less the hold time will be. We provide up to the minute metrics so you can make decisions when to increase or decrease the number of agents.
Q: Which languages can your provide?
A: Our large emigrant population allows us to provide the following languages “mother tongue” level. Meaning your customers will think they are speaking to an on-shore team:

A: For new clients we charge according to estimated call volume upfront. After six months of service, billing is monthly.

Step 3: Done. We receive the calls.
You are not charged any long distance charges for this forwarding process as your forward the calls to a local number.
